Traffic Sign Blanks

City of Phoenix - Finance Central Procurement has issued invitation for bid, solicitation IFB-26-0332.

The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for traffic sign blanks. The Effective Date of this Agreement will be upon final signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department. The Commencement Date of this Agreement will be on or about December 2, 2026 or the Effective Date, whichever is later. The term of this Agreement will be for 5 years, beginning on the Commencement Date, with no options to extend. This solicitation is available through the City’s Procurement Portal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement will terminate upon the earliest occurrence: by reaching the end of the term including any extensions exercised, or termination pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement.

The purchase and supply of miscellaneous aluminum sign blanks. These products will allow the Traffic Services Division to create and install directional and warning street signage for the safe, efficient, and convenient movement of pedestrians and vehicles on city streets. The sign blanks are needed to maintain existing traffic signage, support the expansion of City roadways and replace damaged traffic signage due to collisions or severe weather events.
