CUPCCAA FY'26-27 - Request for On-Call Qualified Contractors

City of Fullerton - Public Works-Engineering has issued request for qualification, solicitation CUPCCAA-FY2026-27.

Notice is given that the City of Fullerton Public Works Department is inviting all interested and qualified licensed contractors to submit their company for inclusion on the City's Qualified Contractor's List for Fiscal Year. The City of Fullerton Public Works Department is interested in retaining an on-call list of contractors for as-needed construction repair and/or improvements to City facilities. The list will be used to fulfill the applicable requirements of the Public Contract Code Sections 22000-22045, and also provide Contractors the opportunity to bid on City repair/maintenance/improvement projects that have a contact value of no more than $220,000. Potential projects could involve: Building - General Renovations Electrical - Building and Site HVAC Plumbing - Building and Site Roofing Painting - Building Interior and Exterior Flooring Asphalt Concrete Pavement Grinding and Paving Concrete - i.e. sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, cross gutters, etc. Masonry - i.e. block walls, retaining walls, etc. Water System - i.e. main distribution pipes, services, valves, fire hydrants, etc. Sewer System - i.e. main pipes, laterals, manholes, etc. Drainage System - i.e. main pipes, laterals, catch basins, junction structures, etc. Pipe Rehabilitation - i.e. pipe lining Landscape and Irrigation Fencing and Gates Traffic Signing and Striping Other Projects as applicable Bids for work will be requested on an as-needed basis to the Contractors qualified in the appropriate field of work. The City does not guarantee Contractors added to the list will be awarded any projects.

Responses are due April 16, 2027 at 4:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by February 17, 2027 at 4:00 PM PST.
