Four Electric Cargo Vans with Custom Upfitting

City of Pasadena - Water & Power Department, Power Delivery has issued competitive bid, solicitation 2026-IFB-MS-0498.

The City of Pasadena Water and Power Department (PWP) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to source four electric cargo vans with custom upfitting. These vehicles will support PWP staff field operations and transport electrical test equipment and tools within the City.

Responses are due September 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT.
