The City intends to establish agreements with up to three (3) qualified civil engineering consulting firms to provide professional engineering services on an as-needed, task-order basis. Services will be assigned based on project needs, consultant qualifications, availability, expertise, and the specific requirements of each assignment.

Responses are due October 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 14, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
