Request For Proposal from City of Watsonville - Watsonville, CA

City of Watsonville - Public Works & Utilities has issued request for proposal.

The City of Watsonville is currently requesting proposals from fully licensed and insured Janitorial contractors to provide Janitorial Service for the City Buildings as outlined in the attached Scope of Work for a three-year contract.

Responses are due November 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.

Questions must be submitted by November 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM PST.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for November 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM PST at Water Resource Center building at 500 Clearwater Ln, Watsonville.
