The Las Virgenes - Triunfo Joint Powers Authority (JPA) is seeking Bids for Liquid Oxygen Equipment Prepurchase. Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd, no later than 3:00 PM on December 2, 2026.

The JPA is seeking bids for the equipment necessary to furnish and complete the Liquid Oxygen (LOX) storage and vaporization system, including the storage tank, ambient air vaporizers, remote fill station, connecting piping, valves, sensors, and controls.
