Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, CA - Facilities, Water System/Facilities has issued request for proposals.

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District is seeking Proposals for consulting firms to provide independent Wireless Communications Facilities (WCF) consulting services. The selected Consultant will support the District in managing, reviewing, developing, leasing, and overseeing wireless communication facilities located on District-owned property, water tanks, pump stations, infrastructure, and within the District's service jurisdiction. Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/lvmwd, no later than 3pm on November 23rd.

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District (LVMWD or "District") provides potable water, wastewater treatment, and recycled water services to approximately 75,000 residents across a 122-square-mile service area in western Los Angeles County. This includes the cities of Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, and Westlake Village, as well as adjacent unincorporated areas in the Santa Monica Mountains. The service area features rugged, mountainous terrain subject to challenging environmental conditions, including severe summer heat, winter freezes, landslides, and seismic activity. The District is organized under the Municipal Water District Law of 1911 (California Water Code 71000) and governed by an elected five-member Board of Directors. Due to the elevated, strategic terrain of many District properties, LVMWD hosts multiple commercial wireless communications installations (including cellular antennas, equipment shelters, and backup generators) owned and operated by major wireless carriers (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).

Responses are due November 23, 2026 at 3:00 PM PST.
