Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority - Engineering and Program Delivery has issued invitation for bid, solicitation C26146F Pre-Qual.

General work description: The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be soliciting Bids (bid) for “Guadalupe Division - Guard House” (Project). Notice is hereby given that VTA is now soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from bidders (Bidders) with construction expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to perform site, roadway, utility, security, access control, lighting, CCTV, barrier, and related improvements associated with the Guadalupe Division – Guard House including all demolition, installation, testing, coordination, restoration, and other incidental work required to provide a complete and fully functional project in accordance with the Contract.

This Request for Pre-Qualification of Bidders is intended to solicit information in the form of a qualification questionnaire and qualification statements. All Bidders that intend to submit a bid for the Project must fully complete the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, provide all materials requested herein, and be approved by VTA in order to be included on the final qualified Bidders list. No bid will be accepted from a Bidder that has failed to comply with these requirements. If two or more firms submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, or expect to submit a SOQ as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be separately pre-qualified. NOTE: There will be another link for the official IFB C26146F, this is for Pre-Qualification only.

Responses are due October 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
