City of Pueblo - Mayor's Office has issued invitation for bid, solicitation 26-048.

In general, the successful bidder will furnish, deliver, place, remove, transport, and properly dispose of collected material from 30-yard and 40-yard roll-off waste containers for City special cleanup projects conducted within the City of Pueblo city limits. Submitted prices are to include all charges for labor, administration, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, unloading, loading, delivery, fuel, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the commodity as listed within this IFB.

Initial project details: The City anticipates 2 locations in the City each day for a fall cleanup project. The locations will be within the City of Pueblo city limits and are easily accessible to the public and contractors working on this project. The estimated schedule will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday each week, weather permitting. Please keep in mind that the exact location for each date will not be determined until 1 week in advance. For example, on Monday, October 19th, the CIty will provide locations for the following week October 26 - 30, 2026. Note: This is a new project for the City and we estimate beginning the project the week of October 19, 2026 with only 2 dates: October 20, 2026 and October 22, 2026. The location for each day for the first week will be provided to the selected Contractor(s) on October 19, 2026. Thereafter, the City will be able to provide a minimum of 1 week notice prior to drop off and pick up of containers. Additional future projects: The City may choose to enter into a Service Agreement with the selected contractor for future cleanup projects with similar scope of work requirements. It is estimated the term of the agreement, if approved, will be 3 years with 2 one-year renewals.
