Bay County, FL - Emergency Services has issued request for qualification.

IThe Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide health screening, evaluation, and physical services in adherence to the current version of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1582 & 1583 for Bay County Fire Services firefighters and hazmat team members: 1) annually for each member; 2) prior to employment to establish a baseline; and 3) for firefighter candidates. ELECTRONIC OR SEALED PAPER Proposals for 26-42 Comprehensive Medical Evaluation Services will be received by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA up until 2:00 PM on October 8, 2026. Proposals will be publicly opened immediately following the deadline. ANY SUBMISSION RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Responses are due October 8, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by July 29, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.
