Lift Station (LS) 51 includes furnishing and installing wet well treadplate, safety grates, magnetic flow meter and precast vault, natural gas generator and concrete pad, natural gas piping and coordination with Clearwater Gas (CGS Energy), temporary and permanent electrical work, instrumentation and integration, site work, water service and backflow relocation, maintaining wastewater flow, plug valve, fittings, surface restoration, new fence and gate, tree removal and trimming, start-up and testing, and all appurtenant work needed for complete and operational systems, as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. Lift Station (LS) 58 includes furnishing and installing pump base elbows, discharge piping and fittings, pump cable grating and treadplate, wet well and valve vault safety grates, bollards, instrumentation, site work, influent manhole ring and cover, odor control media replacement, flow control and bypass pumping, bypass connection testing, surface restoration, start-up and testing, and all appurtenant work needed for complete and operational systems, as indicated on the Drawings and as specified. The Contractor shall provide Fixed project signs as described in Section III, Section 23 of the Contract Documents. The final number of project signs will be determined at the beginning of the project based on the Contractor’s schedule of work submitted for approval. Additional project signs may be required at no additional cost to the city due to the Contractor’s schedule of work. Contract Period: 420 Consecutive Calendar Days
