Adaptive Traffic Control System-Grant Funded

County of Collier, FL - Transportation Management Services has issued request for information, solicitation 26-8677.

The Collier County Board of County Commissioners’ Procurement Services Division, (the “County”), in collaboration with the Transportation Management Services Department, (the “Department”), is issuing the following Request for Information (RFI) in order to seek information and gain an understanding to fulfill Adaptive Traffic Control Systems that reduce congestion and improve traffic flow at and through signalized intersections throughout Collier County

Collier County Transportation Management Services Department seeks to implement an Adaptive Traffic Control (ATC) system at intersections across three arterial roadways. The ATC system will optimize traffic signal operations, improve mobility, and enhance safety through real-time adaptive signal adjustments based on traffic conditions.

Responses are due October 12, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.
