Invitation For Bid from Glynn County - Brunswick, GA

Glynn County - Facilities Maintenance has issued invitation for bid, solicitation IFB27-015.

The Board of Commissioners of Glynn County, Georgia (“the Owner”) seeks proposals from interested qualified firms to provide Modernization of the Fire Pump System for the Magistrate Courthouse located in Glynn County Georgia, including all the details outlined and required in the Program Services section.

The Glynn County Magistrate Court located at 701 H Street Brunswick, Georgia. The Magistrate Courthouse is operational five (5) days a week, processing hundreds of cases each week. The courthouse was built in the early 2000's. The current fire system is the original pumps and controls. We are looking to have it replaced. In doing so the structure holding the pumps and controls is beginning to show its age and we propose having it encapsulated in concrete once removing the existing pumps and controls and before installing new pumps and controls.

Responses are due November 19, 2026 at 1:30 PM EST.

Questions must be submitted by November 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 26, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT at Administrative Conference Room #216 located on the 2nd floor of the Harold Pate Building 1725 Reynolds Street Brunswick, GA 31520.
