The 2027 Hot Mix Asphalt Material ITB seeks qualified Firms to supply Plant Mixed Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) for ACHD roadway paving and other uses on an as-needed, when-needed basis. The material must meet the specified ISPWC requirements, with estimated quantities identified for regular operations and patch truck use during the contract period of January 1 through December 31, 2027. This Contract may be awarded to multiple qualified Firms.
