Scope of Work: The City of Cambridge is requesting bids for spring start-up, fall shutdown, and on-call maintenance services of irrigation systems, water features and water fountains at Danehy Park and the Fresh Pond Golf Course. The Start-Up/Shutdown of Cambridge irrigation systems within the scope of the contract will be directed by designated City Staff as authorized by the Director of Cambridge Recreation. Bidders are advised to carefully review the City’s Insurance requirements in Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions. The City will not waive requirements listed in the bid documents.
Responses are due October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT.
Questions must be submitted by October 16, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT at 99 Sherman Street.
