Baltimore County, Maryland, Purchasing Division is seeking Bids for Snow Removal and Deicing Services, On-Call. Bids are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/baltimorecountymd, no later than 3:00 PM on November 12, 2026. Amendments to solicitations often occur prior to bid opening and sometimes within as little as 48 hours prior to bid opening.
