Gate City Boulevard into classrooms and labs for GTCC’s Aviation program. This project will convert approximately 9,000 square feet of unconditioned warehouse space, consisting of concrete floors, steel columns, roof joists, metal roof deck, and limited finished drywall on metal stud framing into conditioned space for aviation composites laboratories with adjacent classrooms, storage, offices, and code-compliant restrooms. The project will provide power, ventilation, and other accommodation for instructional equipment to be installed under a separate project.
