THE NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY (“THE AUTHORITY”) INVITES INTERESTED PARTIES TO SUBMIT STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATION FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PRE-COMMERCIAL ENERGY STORAGE PIPELINE WITH THE REQUEST FOR QUALIFCATIONS LOCATED WITHIN THE ATTACHED RFQ. RESPONDENTS MUST DEMONSTRATE TO THE SATISFACTION OF THE AUTHORITY THAT THEY HAVE THE NECESSARY TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS, FACILITIES, ABILITY, SAFETY PROGRAM AND FINANCIAL RESOURCES TO PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES AS OUTLINED WITHIN THE RENEWABLE CO-DEVELOPER OR CO-INVESTOR OPPORTUNITIES RFQ IN A REASONABLE MANNER. RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY DIRECTED TO REQUEST ACCESS TO OBTAINING RFQ DOCUMENTS FROM Q26-7751AF.ENERGY.STORAGE@NYPA.GOV. FURTHER DETAILS ON QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON THE NYPA WEBSITE WWW.NYPA.GOV/PROCUREMENT OR PROVIDED VIA EMAIL UPON REQUEST.
