In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation ('Parks') is issuing, as of the date of this notice, a significant Request for Proposals ('RFP') for the Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of a Sports/Recreation and Food Service Facility at Randall's Island Park, Manhattan. The RFP will provide for a term of thirty (30) years.
There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 12:00 P.M.. If you are considering responding to this RFP, please make every effort to attend this recommended remote proposer meeting.

There will be a site visit at the proposed concession site on Thursday, October 22nd, at 12:00 P.M. We will meet in front of Icahn Stadium (Block #1819 & Lot #203), which is located at 10 Central Road, New York, NY 10035, and walk to the site.
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP must be submitted no later than Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 3:00 P.M.
Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained at no cost, by contacting Andrew Coppola, Deputy Director of Concessions at (212) 360-3454 or at Andrew.Coppola@parks.nyc.gov, commencing Friday, October 2, 2026 through Tuesday, December 8, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., excluding weekends and Holidays, at the Concessions Division of the New York
City Department of Parks and Recreation, which is located at 830 Fifth Avenue, Room 407, New York, NY 10065.
The RFP is also available for download, on Friday, October 2, 2026 through Tuesday, December 8, 2026, on Parks' website.
