FEMA Project 964547 Galloway Park Concession Stand, PID: CIPSP-2026B, in the City of Burnet, Texas Base Bid: Construction of a concession stand, 6,025 SF under roof, and 1,418 SF conditioned (subject to change), with steel columns, wood frame roof, concrete slab foundation, sidewalk and concrete area, ramp, stairs, rails, restrooms, concession area, covered seating, utilities, underground drainage and other associated appurtenances as shown in the bid documents. The contractor is required to provide a 1-year 10% maintenance bond along with P&P bonds. Added Bid Alt1: Relocate Electrical Conduits Added Bid Alt2: CMU Column Surround Added Bid Alt3: Landscaping and Irrigation The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, public safety equipment, and incidentals necessary to install the proposed improvements and associated components to City standards as set forth in these documents.

Provide the sealed bid to the utility clerk receptionis who will time stamp. Late submittals (even if via mail) may be disqualified and not opened. Ask receptionist that you are there to attend the Concesison bid oppening if you intend to stay.

The City will select the qualified Offeror whose proposal offers the lowest cost for the City based (considering or omitting added alternates) on the selection criteria and the City’s evaluation. Upon agreement and receipt of the Offeror’s signature on the Standard Construction Contract, as contained in this RFP, the city council shall consider award of the contract to the Offeror and upon approval, Contract will be executed by Owner. Failure to provide adequate information for the City to confirm qualification (Financial, safety, and experience) may result in bid disqualification.
