Package 4 Water Line Replacements

Description of the Work The scope includes replacement of approximately 5,200 linear feet of 12”, and 3,700 linear feet of 6” water line. Installation includes all related appurtenances, connections, and service for a fully functioning system. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 270 days from Notice to Proceed. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion.

Bids are due Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT, City Hall – Office of the City Clerk Attn: Bid Package 4 Water Line Replacements 1600 S. Highway 81 Duncan, OK 73533.

Any Bid received by the Owner, more than 96 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays before the time set for the opening of Bids, or any Bid so received after the time set for opening of Bids, will not be considered by the Owner and will be returned unopened to the Offeror.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is set for Thursday, September 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT, City Hall 1600 S. Highway 81 Duncan, OK 73533.

This is a MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference; attendance is required to submit a bid.
