Attention is called to the fact that the successful bidder must comply with: • Paying not less than the federally determined prevailing (Davis-Bacon and Related Acts) wage rate, as issued by the Department of Labor H.U.D. and contained in the contract documents. • Ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or national origin. • Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended, the regulations set forth in 24 CFR Part 135, and all applicable rules and orders.
