The City reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, reject any or all quotations, or elect not to make an award.

The City of Granbury is undertaking a planned replacement of aging utility poles within the City's electric distribution system. Many of the existing poles have reached the end of their service life and must be replaced to maintain system reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. To support this infrastructure improvement effort, the City is seeking written quotations for various sizes of Southern Yellow Pine (SYP), Creosote Treated Utility Poles. These poles will be used as direct replacements within the City's electric distribution network. All materials shall be delivered to the City's designated location and shall meet all specifications and requirements contained in this RFQ.

Responses are due October 12, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM CDT.
