City of Weatherford Center Point Road Medians

NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF WEATHERFORD Center Point Road Medians Notice is hereby given that the City of Weatherford is now accepting bids for the construction of CENTER POINT ROAD MEDIAN improvements. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID 2026-022 CENTER POINT ROAD MEDIANS” and returned to the Purchasing Department, 303 Palo Pinto Street, Weatherford, Texas 76086 prior to 2:00 PM, September 29, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Weatherford Council Chambers, 303 Palo Pinto, Weatherford, Texas. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids received. The project generally consists of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation improvements and the construction of a monument sign within the existing medians located along Center Point Road from IH 20 to US 180. The contract documents, including plans, for this project will be available beginning at 8:00 AM on Monday, August 31, 2026. The plans and contract documents may be examined without charge at the office of Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 801 Cheery Street Unit 11, Suite 1300, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, John Fielder, PLA, 817-339-2277. The plans, contract documents and other information may be obtained at no charge from the City’s website at https://www.weatherfordtx.gov/3449/Current-Projects . The plans, contract documents and other information may also be obtained at no charge on-line through the Civcast website at http://civcastusa.com. You can search for the project by name, county, or bid number. It is the downloader’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents, as defined in the Instructions to Bidders, are received. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, issued by an acceptable surety, shall be submitted with each bid.
