Deadline for bid submission is 2:00 PM CST on September 30, 2026. Location for hard copy submittal is Ector County Purchasing Department, 1010 E 8th Street, Suite 110, Odessa, TX 79761.

Responses are due September 30, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 17, 2026 at 5:00 PM CDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 10, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT at ECTOR COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT 7613 W. DUNN STREET ODESSA, TEXAS 79763.
