Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 61 will be received at the office of the District, 13205 Cypress North Houston Road, Cypress, Texas 77429, until 10:00 a.m., September 15, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for furnishing all labor, material and equipment and performing all work required for the construction of the following work: Water Plant No. 4 Recoating Harris County Fresh Water Supply District No. 61: Harris County, Texas Project No. 125-10119-000 Bidders who want to attend the bid opening may do so in person at the address above.
