HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed locksmith services and install Security grade doors, frames, and any additional requested accessories such as handles, push bars, closers, etc. at El Paso State Supported Living Center (EPSSLC). On-Site Visit: HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda. On-Site Location: El Paso State Supported Living Center 6700 Delta Dr., ElPaso, Texas 79905 The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility. Attendance at one site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.
