Frontier Phase 5A - Grading Improvements

INVITATION TO BIDDERS FOR FRONTIER PHASE 5A - GRADING IMPROVEMENTS RECEIPT OF BIDS Sealed bids, addressed to the Board of Directors of Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County, will be received at the office of the Engineer for the District, Pape-Dawson, 6105 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 210, Plano, TX 75024 or electronically via https://www.civcastusa.com for the construction of the Frontier Phase 5A - Grading Improvements until 2:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, and then publicly opened and read for “ Frontier Phase 5A - Grading Improvements, Johnson County, Texas.” GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK The major work will consist of the following: 54 AC of clearing and grubbing, approximately 107,000 CY of excavation, erosion control, and other related items as depicted on the construction documents for the 191-lot development. The above improvements are a part of the “Plans for the Construction of Grading Improvements to Serve Frontier Phase 5A” as prepared by Pape-Dawson. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check acceptable to the District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven (7) days after the date the Contractor is notified. QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS To demonstrate Bidder’s qualifications to perform work, Bidders shall submit written evidence such as financial data, previous experience, present commitments, and other such data as may be called for in this contract document with bid. FUNDING Any Contract awarded under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS is expected to be funded from revenues generated from Owner funds and District Bonds and dedicated by the District to the work under this INVITATION TO BIDDERS.
