NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed bids, addressed to LGI Homes – Texas, LLC for East Collin County MUD #1, will be received at the office of the Engineer, Pape-Dawson, 6105 Tennyson Parkway, Suite 210, Plano, Texas 75024, Phone 214.420.8494 or via www.CivCastUSA.com , until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, November 5, 2026, and then publicly opened and read in person or via Microsoft Teams (210.926.0892, Conference ID: 250 408 005# , or Meeting ID: 269 287 230 468 315, Passcode: S2Hm2S95 ) for the construction of the following project: Construction of Lift Station Improvements for Montgomery Farms Project No. 70170-07 Scope of Work of the Contract includes: The major work will consist of installing a fully operational 700 gallons per minute (gpm) firm pumping capacity duplex pump lift station, including electrical and controls, site work, and approximately 210 linear feet (LF) of 10”-12” sanitary sewer and force main. The above improvements are a part of the “Plans for the Construction Montgomery Farms Lift Station” as prepared by Pape-Dawson. Instruction to Bidders and other bid documents will be available for review at the office of the Engineer and will be provided electronically to prospective bidders. A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of the Engineer at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2026 in person or via Teams (210.926.0892, Conference ID: 482 869 715#, or Meeting ID: 210 158 387 748 055, Passcode: LK3Vo9wk). The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid.All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and the Contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the Contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
