Lake View Management & Development District (LVMDD) is a municipal utility district in the State of Texas, with regulatory authority to build, operate, and maintain utilities and roads in the Long Cove community in Henderson County, TX. LVMDD is seeking a contractor to provide Hydraulic Dredging services. This public bid is specifically for completing construction of all the work shown in a set of plans prepared by Wild Land Development Consulting licensed engineers in the State of Texas. All the work included in this public bid is shown in the construction documents, and all project specifications are provided and detailed in the plans. The scope of work includes the following major components: Installation of Drainage Infrastructure Installation of Water & Sewer Infrastructure Paving Construction All bidders (general contractors) shall attend 1 of 2 offered pre-bid meetings that will be conducted at Long Cove. The meetings will include site visits. Since Long Cove is a gated residential community, bidders shall advise the contract administrator 48 hours in advance via email L evi.wild@wildldc.com or text 972-742-8545 to RSVP to confirm attendance at a pre-bid meeting. Bidders shall seek entry via the secure construction gate at 13240 CR 1400, Malakoff, TX 75148 to await access by the gate attendant.
