Snow Removal and Ice Control Services

Town of Herndon - Dept. of Public Works - Town Shop has issued invitation for bid, solicitation IFB 27-01.

The Town of Herndon (herein referred to as “Town”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms with experienced, licensed operators to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform snow and ice removal services on Town-maintained primary, secondary, and subdivision roads throughout the Town of Herndon. This will be in cooperation with the Towns snow and ice control operations crews. Snow Removal Season is defined as November 1st of each year through April 30th of the following year.

Responses are due October 6, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 16, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT at HMC - Main Conference Room, located at 777 Lynn Street, Herndon, VA 20170.
