RFI - City of Seattle Utilities Customer Service System
What this bid is

This is a request for information on a customer service system, not a bid for a construction job, and the notice says no contract will be awarded from it. Seattle City Light and Seattle Public Utilities are both asking about modern, secure, customer-facing portal options, which may later feed a future RFP covering both utilities.
