Pierce County - Procurement and Contract Services has issued general solicitation, solicitation 2026-MPW-198.
This project provides for the Electrical lighting controls replacement to include: replacing the existing lighting control panels with a new control system including new central lighting control station, provide wiring for integration of control system into local network across the six buildings at our Central Maintenance Facility.
Responses are due November 4, 2026 at 1:00 PM PST.
Questions must be submitted by October 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM PDT.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT at Pre-Bid Walk-Through will be held at Central Maintenance Facility (CMF) at 4812 196th Street E, Spanaway, WA 98387. There will be two opportunities for a Pre-Bid Walk-Through one on October 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM and one on October 22, 2026 at 10:00am..
