Onsite Trash Truck Services and Repairs

City of Pasadena - Public Works Department, BSFMD has issued informal selection, solicitation 2026-Informal-0543.

The City of Pasadena Public Works Department, Building Systems and Fleet Management Division (BSFMD) is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide onsite diagnostic, maintenance, warranty, troubleshooting, and repair services for refuse collection vehicles (trash trucks) owned and operated by the City. Services shall include labor, diagnostics, repairs, replacement of defective components, and related services necessary to maintain the City's refuse fleet in safe and reliable operating condition.

The City's Public Works Department maintains a fleet of refuse collection vehicles that support residential and commercial solid waste collection throughout the City. Due to staffing shortages and increased maintenance demands, the City requires supplemental contractor support to perform repairs and maintenance necessary to minimize equipment downtime and maintain uninterrupted refuse collection services.

Responses are due October 13, 2026 at 3:00 PM PDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM PDT.
