The laboratory would conduct specialized laboratory analysis of source water (wastewater, stormwater, groundwater, and urban runoff) and final treated water once the project is completed via a comprehensive testing program directed by regulatory agencies such as the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board and the Division of Drinking Water.
