All work shall be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and applicable local regulations.

The proposed landscape improvements are intended to enhance the aesthetic appeal of City Hall and 8th St Community Center while addressing bare dirt areas, defining property boundaries, improving water-use efficiency, upgrading curbing, and reducing maintenance requirements. These enhancements will contribute to a neat, clean, healthy, and well-maintained landscape that provides long-term functionality and visual appeal. The existing Pine Trees at City Hall shall remain.
