Invitation For Bid from City of Pueblo - Pueblo, CO
City of Pueblo - Wastewater has issued invitation for bid, solicitation 26-047.
The City of Pueblo is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace the existing rooftop air-conditioning unit serving the lunch room in the Administration Building at the Wastewater Reclamation Facility (WRF). The project includes site assessment, removal and compliant disposal of the existing unit, installation of a new 4-ton rooftop AC unit, required electrical and HVAC connections, testing and commissioning, staff training, and delivery of warranty and maintenance documentation. Work must be completed in coordination with City staff to minimize operational disruption.
The existing rooftop HVAC unit serving the Administration Building lunch room is the oldest unit in the facility. While the building’s other units have been upgraded or replaced, this unit has required multiple leak repairs within the past year and is nearing the end of its useful service life. Replacement is necessary to maintain reliable cooling and avoid continued repair costs. The new unit will be a Trane model to maintain consistency with the facility’s existing HVAC equipment.
