The City of Dania Beach is undertaking improvements to the existing City Hall roof as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the resilience and protection of this critical municipal facility. The project generally consists of removal and replacement of the existing roofing system, associated roof deck/substrate repairs, waterproofing, flashing, and related improvements in accordance with the project plans and specifications. City Hall will remain occupied and operational during construction; therefore, careful sequencing, temporary weather protection, maintenance of safe public and employee access, and coordination with City operations will be essential throughout the project.

Responses are due October 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by October 15, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT.
