Project work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to install backflow prevention devices upstream of the existing outfalls located adjacent to NE 25th Avenue, including, but not limited to, excavation, demolition; installation of proposed drainage structures; connection to existing storm drain system HDPE Storm Sewer (sizes vary), sleeves (sizes vary) and inline backflow prevention device; remove and relocate as required: existing 2” water services; relocate existing 8” watermain; replacement of any sod, sidewalk, pavement damaged during construction, and other appurtenant and miscellaneous items for a complete, satisfactory and functional installation.

Responses are due November 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST.

Questions must be submitted by October 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM EDT.
