The combined roof area totals approximately 6,629 square feet across nineteen roof facets, with a predominant pitch of 3/12. The Top Roof and Middle Roof are framed at slope and are covered with laminated (architectural) composition shingles. The Bottom Roof is a low-slope assembly covered with a modified bitumen membrane.
