The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified firm to provide general contractor services for the Ocean Center Commercial Kitchen Renovation Project. This project aims to elevate the kitchen's capabilities to meet the growing demands of Ocean Center events while improving the quality and presentation of food offerings for Ocean Center clients.

The Ocean Center is an extraordinary meeting, conventions and event complex in the heart of Daytona Beach. With more than 205,000 square feet of meeting space, the Ocean Center hosts events large and small, each with exceptional attention to detail. All work will need to be coordinated around the event calendar and confirmed with the County’s Project Manager and Ocean Center Staff. Work areas will need to be cleaned and maintained for safety daily. Dust control and protection of existing finishes will be the contractor's responsibility.
