Sarasota County - Parks, Recreation, and Natural Resources has issued general solicitation, solicitation 262911KR.

The County is seeking a general contractor to make repairs on the second-floor at the Youth Athletic Complex baseball building, including carpentry, flooring, ceilings, and painting. The County anticipates entering into a Small Construction Contract for the duration of the Project. Refer to the Solicitation Documents and Attachments section for minimum qualifications, scope/specifications, and insurance requirements.

Responses are due November 5, 2026 at 2:30 PM EST.
