ITB# RS-27-01 Demolition of Potters Park Concessions and Restroom Building in Redevelopment Area

Town of Davie - Public Works has issued invitation to bid, solicitation ITB# RS-27-01.

The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified licensed contractor(s) to demolish and dispose of a building and all building contents at the following location, Potters Park Concessions and Restroom Building 4250 SW 57 TER DAVIE FL 33314 Folio #504126040140. Demolition to include all building/structure, slab, side walks adjacent, and septic tank. The adjacent Electrical building and slab is NOT part of the demolition. The structure is currently vacant. The estimated budget is $35,000. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be held. The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for October 20, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT at Pine Island Multipurpose Center, 3801 S Pine Island Rd, Davie, FL 33328.
