The City of Aurora (hereinafter "the City") is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide janitorial cleaning services and supplies at the Aurora Police Department and Fire/Emergency Management Headquarters in Aurora, Illinois. The contract will be for an initial two (2) year term beginning January 1, 2027 with the option for three (3) one-year extensions based upon mutual agreement. We are requesting initial pricing for the first two years, and while providing pricing for the optional extension years is not required, it is highly encouraged.
Responses are due November 11, 2026 at 5:00 PM CST.
