RS-26-001 Crack Sealing 2026

City of Indianapolis - Department of Public Works has issued invitation for bid, solicitation RFB-14DPW-1833.

Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Division of Indianapolis and Marion County will receive sealed bids for RS-26-001 Crack Sealing 2026 through the Procurement Portal, until 10:00 AM prevailing local time, and commencing as soon as practicable thereafter on the same date such bids will be publicly opened. Sealed bids may also be submitted in room 1522 of the City County Building up to 9:30 a.m. (EST), October 1, 2026. Between 9:31 - 10:00 a.m. (EST), sealed bids will only be accepted in Room 1560. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 A.M. FOR ANY REASON.

If Vendor wishes to return a hard copy bid to Purchasing instead of using the new electronic process, please do the following steps: Go to Downloads tab. Select Project Documents and Attachments Click Download Selected Items A zip file containing the selected items will download to your computer. Delivery by U.S. Mail, in person, etc. City County Purchasing Division 200 E. Washington St. Room 1522 Indianapolis, IN 46204 Hard copy bids are opened on October 1, 2026, 10:01 Eastern Time in City County Purchasing Division, Room 1560. Bids only: Bids are to be delivered to Room 1522 of the City County Building prior to 9:30 a.m. (EST), October 1, 2026. Between 9:31 - 10:00 a.m. (EST), sealed bids will only be accepted in Room 1560. NO LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10 A.M. FOR ANY REASON.

Responses are due October 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM EDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 18, 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT at Conference Room 341 in the City-County Building.
