Emergency Sanitary Sewer Repair at 8535 Lakewood Avenue in the City of Gary, IN

Gary Sanitary District - Engineering has issued request for proposal, solicitation 2026-RFP-057.

Furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, superintendence, and all necessary incidentals for the repair of sanitary sewer pipe. Remove and replace existing 15-inch diameter pipe with 15-inch diameter PVC SDR 35 ± 56-linear feet from Manhole No. 4489 going towards Manhole No. 4490.

The dept of the sewer is as follows: Manhole No. 4489 Sewer Invert Depth is ± 32.0 ft. Manhole No. 4490 Sewer Invert Depth is ± 24.8 ft.

Responses are due October 1, 2026 at 2:00 PM CDT.

Questions must be submitted by September 29, 2026 at 1:00 PM CDT.
