The following services are being solicited: A. General Building Improvement Contractors B. On-Call Mechanical Services-HVAC C. On-Call Electrical Services D. On-Call Mechanical Services-Plumbing E. On-Call Maintenance-Fuel Tank Services F. On-Call Painting Services Bidders may bid on one or multiple service areas depending on qualifications and licensing. This is an indefinite quantity contract where no minimum quantity is guaranteed. Inasmuch as any work under this agreement will be done "as required", there is no guarantee that work will be on a continual basis.

Responses are due October 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT.
