The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Construction Contract Management Support Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 PM on November 2, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. The Consultant shall provide contract personnel for construction contract management support services as requested by WSSC. WSSC is currently among the largest water and wastewater utilities in the nation, with a network of 5, 977 miles of drinking water pipelines and over 5, 677 miles of sewer pipelines. Our service area spans nearly 1,000 square miles in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, and we serve 1.9 million residents through approximately 475,000 customer accounts. The Pipeline Construction Division (PCD) is responsible for the management and inspection of water and sewer pipeline construction contracts, inspection of developer-built water and sewer pipelines, as well as associated contrac ts for house connections, meter vault replacements, cathodic protection, paving, and landscaping. To carry out this responsibility, WSSC utilizes in-house staff as well as consultant staff to provide inspection, contract management, and additional support services.
