The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Furnish and Deliver Small and Large Water Meters. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2:00 PM on October 13, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted. The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) seeks qualified Contractor to furnish and deliver small and large meters and related accessories on as an needed basis according to the specifications.

WSSC Water owns, operates, and maintains a comprehensive water distribution system serving residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental customers throughout Montgomery and Prince George’s counties. As part of its commitment to providing accurate water measurement, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer service, WSSC Water requires the procurement of small and large water meters to support the continuity of operations while we transition our metering to an Advanced Metering Infrastructure. The meters will be installed throughout the 1,000 square miles WSSC Water service area for new installations and replacement of existing meters. WSSC Water forecasts a decrease in usage as metering systems are fully integrated and optimized. The meters must be compatible with all existing metering systems to support Touch Read and Automated Meter Reading.
