The scope will consist of providing design, procurement and CA services for the replacement of HVAC equipment and controls at the Hal Marshall Center. The Firm selected must hold a valid Engineering license in North Carolina, be qualified, and have experience with chilled and hot water HVAC system replacements in occupied buildings.
